A nice ride with Martyn, Bernd and Dan.

I started halfway up the hill to Pendam as Dan and Bernd had started at the bottom but I got there a little later. Martyn met us at Pendam and was in a chatty mood! In fact he kept stopping even halfway along singletrack sections just to tell us that things and was a little excited to be back out off-road! he's been commuting to work on his bike and it certainly showed when it came to the climbs as he was flying up them and looking strong. I guess that's what an extra 60 mioles a week on the bike does for you!

A good ride though excpet that I had a flat at the bottom of the Italian Job and then limped home as it didn't seal. Will have to fix that today.
